White water in Cataract Gorge…
Cold day on Duke Street…
First basin suspension bridge…
A colourful church on Frederick Street
Hanging on for dear life – Plant in Cataract Gorge…
A gap the rocks…
There is a wonderful walk from the Cataract Gorge basin carpark accessed from West Launceston to the lookout then on to Duck Reach. It is stated as an optimistic round trip walk of 50 minutes to the lookout in reality add another fifteen minutes, about enough time to take in the views. One of the features about half way to the lookout is this gap in the rocks with a lintel of a dark foreboding boulder jammed between the passage.
